Looking tired, Tips on 5 minute make-up starters

What i personally do to make sure i'm feeling and looking my best as much as i can is either put on my mineral make-up with a brush, which takes me 1 minute to brush on my face and then add some blush, finished off with some mascara. Now in a hurry this is all we as mums can spare especially if your a part-time working mum, or a mother of 2 or more. Just doing this and taking 5 minutes out of the day to spend on yourself, it's worth it. You'll feel better and look better inside and out.

I woul love to hear about your 5 minute tips on make-up.

Loosing the baby weight

What i found extremely scary whilst i was pregant was putting on lots of weight, as i have always been slim. So yes i did put on 18 kilos and was a proud mum to be, though the thought in the back of my mind was how was i going to loose this baby weight.

It took me about 8months to 100% loose the 18 kilos i put on and this was without constant workout and no diet plan, which this way personally worked really well for me. I just went for afternoon walks pushing the pram, and stopped having the nibbles after dinner.

Balancing your life

It can be hard to balance everything into one day, especially when you have a child/children. I guess it's incorporating the craziest times of; juggeling kids, house work, you time and work time all into different sections of the day. It can be done you just need to figure it out and what works for you, as everyone does things differently. I personally would say always be positive and you'll have a positive outcome.

I would love to know how you balance your day to day life?

Social Mummy

As u no your life changes when u have a child it becomes different and yes u adapt to the beautiful change of being a mum but this doesn't mean u have to isolate yourself from others especially other mums and your friends that don’t have children. Remember that who you were before you had your little one is who you still are after you've had your child your priorities are what have changed not your personality.

Busy Mums an Dads

These days it's been said by experts that mums an dads over stimulate there children, as there so busy with work, house work and daily erens, they don't get that one on one time daily. So instead of children being bored at home there out in about constantly doing things, which isn't a bad thing. When kids are more bored at home they seem to use there imaginary more which is good for there development and thinking for themselves. Though i'm not one to speak i'm always on the go with my child, though i try an always balance being out, working and staying at home.
